The amount you pay to upgrade your Advertise4Profits.com account is a membership fee and not an investment. Money paid to you by Advertise4Profits.com is a payment for viewing other members websites, viewing Paid to Click Ads, and playing our Cash and Advertising Games.

Your membership fees will not be returned to you. They are not refundable under any circumstances. All Upgrades to your Advertising accounts have the potential to earn a Profit, but there is no guarantee of this. You understand by completing the Advertise4Profits application, that you could lose your Upgraded membership fees if the program comes into Financial hardship. If this happens all Upgrades are non-refundable with no exceptions.

Joining Advertise4Profits.com as a free or paid member, indicates that you have read and accept all terms and conditions on this site. You understand that there is no guarantee of earnings or profits. You accept that we can change the earnings rate at any time if it is necessary.

The Advertise4Profits site offers 1/2% per day, each day you complete your required Advertiser Website viewing. All members of Advertise4Profits can make from 182% or more in Profit on their Advertising account balance in a 365 day period. This is a Very Good Profit that each member can make. We are an Advertising site, and to justify these kinds of Profit payouts, we do have some small member level requirements. These requirements make the A4P Site a legitimate Business Opportunity, as well as support our Future growth. Advertise4Profits.com is not responsible for the contents or pictures on sites shown in the exchange. We dis-associate ourselves hereby totally from these contents.

You agree that the services provided by Advertise4Profits.com are "as is" and may be changed at any time for any reason, and that you may lose money as a result. Advertise4Profits.com intends to provide these services indefinitely but cannot be held responsible for events outside of its control. Such events may include a reduction of participation in the program, computer or network failure, or legislation.

Only one Account permitted per person.

We reserve the right to exclude any person without any reason from our exchange.

Spam is forbidden i.e We do not permit unwanted advertisement in the form of e-mails to recruit entries in newsgroups and forums to generate Referrals. If we receive a report of spam from any member your account will be terminated immediately.

Normal operation and/or the continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. We accept no responsibility for damage of any kind.

We reserve the right to change the offered service at any time. Members will be informed of any changes that may take place.

Sites that force installation of Dialers will be removed.

Sites with Pop-Up window(s) will be removed.

We don't allow any site(s) that contain warez, mp3's sharing, hate speech or anything that we deem bad, or anything related to illegal activities. We suggest advertising your own homepage, a sponsors site, or a referral link. We check all links you submit, so don't think you can sneak one in.

Sites, which register themselves as a Starting Page or Bookmark, will be removed.

Erotic sites, erotic popups, and erotic banners are not allowed on Advertise4Profits. Sites found advertising any of these will be removed.

No Hacker sites are permitted.

Must not use any forwarding or re-directional urls.

Must not be in a rotator, or contain any prompts.

Any member breaking our rules with sites will receive a warning against their account. After 1 warning of a Website violation, the member's account will be deleted without notice.

We do not allow sites which Break Frames. Offending websites will be removed.

Any site causing any problems to members surfing will be deleted.

You accept that from time to time the A4P Admin will send out Program Updates to your membership email address, with information about Program problems, etc. You also accept that from time to time the A4P Admin will send out Special Offers pertaining to the Advertise4Profits program, and the other A4P Network programs.

We reserve the right to change the Rules at any time without previous announcement. This is communicated to each member, and he/she must accept the changed Rules in order to be able to participate further in our program. If the member accepts the changes, these become immediately effective. If the member does not accept the changed Rules, he/she is not further entitled to participate any further in our program. Any accumulated assets will be lost.
